Congratulations Scott Hazard

ColeJenest & Stone is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Hazard to Raleigh Manager. As office leader, Scott is responsible for providing technical and management direction, including defining project scope, developing the required tasks associated with completing each Raleigh-based project and coordinating/monitoring work to deliver a project on time and within budget. He oversees three experienced Project Managers with work in six client sectors: Civic, Commercial/Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Science & Technology. Scott joined the firm in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Florida and work with Schmidt Design Group. He has worked on many notable projects including the Chatham County Library, Chatham County Community College Sustainable Technologies Classroom Building, UNC Chapel Hill Genomic Science Building, NC State University Talley Student Center and 123 West Franklin Street.  Scott is also one of 16 artists who received the 2012 – 2013 North Carolina Arts Council’s Fellowship Award; the artists’ work is currently on display at CAM Raleigh through April 27, 2014.
