CMC Lincoln Continues Use of Reclaimed Bricks in Its Healing Garden

ColeJenest & Stone worked with Carolinas Healthcare System to design a healing garden for the Levine Cancer Institute and an outdoor dining area using reclaimed brink from the Belding-Hausman Inc. Mill reclamation project. CMC Lincoln’s main hospital uses 300,000 bricks from the Mill as a link to local history. Both of these projects are all part of the larger Medical Office Building (MOB) project on the 64-acre campus which is the second MOB on the campus and it is in the final stages of construction. ColeJenest & Stone provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the MOB II project, as well as for the original Hospital and MOB I project which finished construction in 2010.

ColeJenest & Stone is dedicated to exceptional client service and progressive design solutions.
