Midlands Technical College Enterprise Campus Master Plan

ColeJenest & Stone is collaborating with the architect and the technical college to develop a master plan to guide the future expansion and creation of its Enterprise Campus. 

A one day workshop was conducted with key stakeholders to gain a consensus on the overall direction for the master plan. 

Four (4) distinct concepts were used to initiate discussions to aid the technical college in determining which components they considered most desirable for the future campus. 

The plan provides for an additional 1.5 million GSF and is designed with flexibility to adapt to changing market needs over the next 5 -25 years. 

The master plan accommodates a range of possible uses including classroom and lab space, office, light manufacturing, retail and residential.
