Science, Art and Technology Building

ColeJenest & Stone provided civil engineering and land planning services for the Science, Art and Technology Building located on the Charlotte Latin School campus in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The 35,000 sf classroom building provides state-of-the-art science laboratories, computer laboratories, and art studios for Upper and Middle School students.  The sitework consisted of one building with appurtenant sidewalks, utilities, and included relocation of the tennis court.

Entrance Monumentation

Also on the Charlotte Latin School, ColeJenest & Stone prepared entrance monumentation plans for a new entrance from Providence Road.  Our firm prepared perspective sketches and design alternatives for the arching brick monumentation.  Our firm also coordinated with an artist for incorporation of two large terracotta murals shipped in pieces from California and assembled on-site.
