ColeJenest & Stone provided civil engineering services for the 117,991 SF building located on 50-acres in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

The project included a new roadway and courtyard.  ColeJenest & Stone provided staking, layout, erosion control, grading, stormwater management, water quality and utilities. 

We provided overall master planning for the entire park and handled rezoning and administration amendments with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission staff. 

We also incorporated a roundabout at the project entrance as part of the new headquarters building.
