Metropolitan is situated just beyond the downtown transportation loop and is contiguous with the historic Cherry, Elizabeth and Myers Park neighborhoods.  Design and engineering work includes staking, materials selections, extensive erosion control measures, grading, planting, hardscape and utilities coordination. 

The project is located on a proposed greenway which extends from the downtown area to outlying neighborhoods.
