Hearst Tower

ColeJenest & Stone provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the 1,120,400 SF Hearst Tower located on 2.34 acres in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.  As part of the tower project an entrance plaza was created on Tryon Street that is surrounded by retail shops and includes raised planters, programmable seating, decorative paving, sculpture elements, a water feature and ornamental planting. 

ColeJenest & Stone provided services that included streetscape and plaza planting design, civil engineering for the tower and plaza area, and all associated site-related Construction Documents and permit submittals.
