ColeJenest & Stone is providing extensive master planning and site construction documents for this 237-acre mixed-use development on Eastwood Road between historic downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. 

The site, a portion of which was a public golf course, is heavily wooded and features an 8-acre lake. 

The project has a dynamic town center with a main street terminating on a small amphitheater at the lake edge. 

The project is characterized by residential over retail and a town center with a mixture of housing types and densities. 

The development has walking and biking paths and an extensive network of interconnected greenspaces and common areas. 

ColeJenest & Stone provided land planning and landscape architecture and coordinated closely with the project architect and civil engineer in the preparation of TRC plans.

Our office also worked closely with the city of Wilmington on plan approvals.
