Airport Center Master Plan

Charlotte, North Carolina

Airport Center is a master planned industrial park set near Billy Graham Parkway and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. 

ColeJenest & Stone provided due diligence, land planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture for the park. 

The park contains a variety of building sites with over one million square feet of flex office space.  ColeJenest & Stone also provided entry monumentation and site signage including landscaping, irrigation and maintenance guidelines. 

Design work also included coordination with CDOT, NCDOT, City of Charlotte Engineering and Property Management and several other key agencies.
