The Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park

As the lead firm for a team of seven consultants, ColeJenest & Stone provided landscape architecture, urban design and civil engineering for Beaufort, South Carolina’s downtown waterfront park. 

The scope of work included the redesign of 8.4 acres including pedestrian circulation and creation of a variety of open lawn areas to accommodate festivals and a variety of community events. 

Additionally, rehabilitation of the existing seawall, pavilion architecture and new playground, water feature and multi-purpose stage, were also included.
